Well. Botak still own 1589. Nothing goes wrong. 1589 still having unsettled Para8.03A. The new restructuring proposal covers to settle 1589 regularisation plan to Bursa. If the deal is off, then 1589 still dangling around with this potentially be delisted risk? But the bosses don't wanna it to delist right? So, how to settle P8.03A? Let's wait and see.

There is no announcement today saying substantial shareholders or directors sold their shares today leh.
Stay calm, if we believe in the company (after analyzing), just go for it, anytime, or buy on dip. If still failed, it is our fault because we never analyze properly, blame ownself rather than blaming Botak or the market sentiment.

Yes. Always focus JB will do, the immediate possible thing is the LRT in JB (after RTS is done in 2026). HSR is another big news to goreng to make the market sentiment better and then will have lots of rotational plays by the swing players and sharks. As long as investors hold their basic principle, that's DO NOT speculate, punt, contra, they are safe, it is a matter of how many % to gain when it goes up. Avoid using Margin & Loans.

Good to be positive and share our thoughts here, but do not shout and create chao in forum. What is the point? I seriously don't understand why some people like to waste time to shout and release their emotions in public forum, may be just bcos nobody know his or her real identity, that's why he or she is like out of control. The way I see, it is wasting his or her precious time but doing something in vain. Sad to see that, but nvm. Individual ways to release stress. Some of us may love to release our tension or stress by looking at lengloi choibu or lengzai yandao. Better isn't it? Hihihi.

Oh, some people love to shout and shiok sendiri and hurting sendiri, hihihi, kesian sgt. Not sure why those ppl love to shout for what purposes, acting they are smart or what ah? If really don't like a company, sell off all the shares in hand and keep quiet, that's all. But, stilll wanna to shout daily, something is fishy behind 1) act smart 2) wanna to fish cheaper ticket from water fishes (weak holders, unstable holders, etc), bad motive afterall 3) other reasons, something goes wrong 4) etc
To all investors, DO NOT speculate, punt and contra, most imptly, DO NOT Shout for nothing. Avoid margin & loans facilities (it incur huge interest).
Oh ya, yes, it can be the next day suddenly shootup 5cents, next day again another 5 cents, then it is already from 0.45 to 0.55 (then shouters will be shouting another way round already (up up up happy), typical speculators style lah, the way I look at that kind of investors, look at chart, try to predict and then shout emotionally, and determine Target Price (TP), Cut Loss TP, Resistance Price (Top), hihihi, IDK, I feel it is quite silly. By the way, IB must set cut loss price because they must cover their backside being washed if the TP didn't hit and therefore a CUTLOSS price is a must in all their Research Reports... Sorry, no offence).

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 October 2023 in relation to the execution of binding term sheets for the Proposed TOD Lands Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
The Company wishes to announce that the Company has sought the mutual agreement of the Vendors for an extension of 3 months commencing from 28 April 2024 to 27 July 2024, to grant more time for the Company to assess, evaluate and deliberate the Proposed TOD Lands Acquisition in detail and to discuss and negotiate on the terms of the Definitive Agreements between the parties.

Shines kor, sell first loh. Then drop few cents, buy back, same same if you wait to sell few cents higher. Shares mkt always 2 ways one. But, sometimes if you have sold, then shoot up, then can't do anything loh. Just like many people missed out 1651 0.4x, sold all, then when shot up to above 0.5x, scare buy high already, then shot up to 0.6x, scare again, so they missed the big boat, essply those CW, already double and triple, so, they missed the big boat, at the same time, they have switched to 8877 and 8877 CW, so soiii (unlucky) for that switched move, so, confirm wanna to scold and curse Botak every day one. 😅😅🤣🤣
In stock mkt, it is always like that. You can buy low sell high, and, you can also sell high buy low, but usually if you sold at high then go higher. Hahah.

1.We have divested from Ekovest since Jan 2024 and moved into other counters that can generate impressive profits and return on investment. In a short span of time we are truly delighted and blessed with a bank full of latex, processing and selling processed rubber sheet SMR to the tyres and auto industries since Jan 2024 with remarkable and commendable result.
2.Now let's get back to Ekovest.
The counter has just completed a Double Top pattern and formation that began on 24/8/23 and cumulated to the top on the left on 25/9/23 at 61 sen. It than began to fall and on 13/10/23 settled at the neckline at 44 sen.
3. It consolidated for 7 weeks and began its climb again on 7/12/23 and reached the second Top on the right on 15/1/24 again at 61sen in which Tan Sri has seized the opportunity to dispose 6m shares. Thereafter, it resumed its decline and on 4/3/24 the counter reached the neckline again at 44.5sen
4. That completes beautifully the Double Top pattern and formation of Ekovest. Where does it go from hereon?. I truly do not know. But it is quite certain according to the candlesticks chart ekovest will move into consolidation and trade sideways in the coming days or weeks. Nevertheless, let it be forewarned, double top is a bearish pattern and formation.
5. However, if it breaks the neckline from above to below than, the immediate support is at 41.5sen and the next formidable support is at 36sen. So bear in mind and you have been forewarned. However, there is no need to panic. Again I could be completely wrong.
6. Technically, the 9 days MA line has crossed over the 26 day MA line from above to below on 7/2/24 at 55 sen. This is a dead cross and the gap between the 2 MA lines has widen and continued to worsen. It is seriously alarming that in the last 10 trading days the share prices had declined below both the 9 day and 26 day MA lines.
7 The MACD or moving average converging and diverging indicator is looking equally bad. The MACD line has crossed over the signal line from above to below on 29/1/24. The gap between the 2 lines continued to widen and the solid red histogram which is a measure of selling momentum is expanding. Hence, the MACD indicator has indicated that the worst is yet to come.
8. The Relative Strength Index RSI is currently at the hugely oversold 30 points level. In the absence of positive news flow and worthy catalyst it could remain languishing at the oversold level for a prolonged period of time.
9 Considering that Ekovest is still a loss making company, and the highway to profitability is delay for the next 2 years and there have been no news and update on the due diligence involving the mega proposal hence, it may not be a bad idea to divest and allocate more efficiently scare capital and resource elsewhere.
10 No matter how deeply you love a company, one should not be inextricably entangled in emotional value. We should only be bonded by intrinsic value.
11.And sadly Ekovest has none in the meanwhile.
12. What would you do tomorrow?.
